1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Rosheta mobile application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate information, including a valid phone number. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Service Description

Rosheta is a technology platform that facilitates the delivery of health tools, supplements, cosmetics, and personal care products.

4. Orders and Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is out of stock, we may cancel the item or contact you for a replacement. An order is not binding until it is confirmed by our system.

5. Delivery

We utilize a network of drivers to deliver packages. Delivery times are estimates and depend on your Zone. You agree to be present at the provided location to receive the shipment.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to health and hygiene regulations, certain personal care products cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they are defective. Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the app for illegal purposes, harass drivers, or attempt to reverse engineer the application.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Libyan law, Rosheta shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Libya.
