- Personal Identification Information: Name, Phone Number (for account authentication and delivery contact), and optionally Email Address.
- Account Security: Passwords are stored in an encrypted format (hashed using Bcrypt).
- Location Data:
- Delivery Address.
- Precise Geolocation (Latitude & Longitude): We collect GPS coordinates to facilitate accurate delivery by our drivers to your location.
- Transaction Data: Order history of health tools, cosmetics, and supplements.
- Device and Usage Data: Device type, operating system, and Expo Push Tokens (unique identifiers used to send real-time order status updates).

We only share your information with parties essential to the service:
- Drivers: Assigned drivers receive your Name, Phone Number, and Delivery Location solely to execute the delivery.
- Legal Authorities: If required by Libyan law to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
6. Data Storage and Security
We implement robust security measures:
- Encryption: Sensitive data like passwords are hashed.
- Access Control: Only authorized personnel and assigned drivers have access to specific order data necessary for their tasks.
7. User Rights & Account Deletion
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. You may request account deletion through:
- In-App: Navigate to Settings > Profile > Delete Account.
- Web Request: Submit your request here: /rosheta/account/delete-request. We will process this request in compliance with applicable laws.
